Custom and bespoke items can usually be made and shipped within 2 weeks 

We gladly accept returns and exchanges - we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Just contact us within: 14 days of delivery 

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery - buyer pays for return postage if you change your mind, and we recommend you post back to us using a tracked method.
